Policy Ideas

We seek to pass two constitutional amendments to modernize the rights of the American People:

The Right to Record
The right to record interactions with government officials recorded shall not be infringed.

The Right to Digital Privacy
The right of the people to be secure in their data, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be  violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause,  supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the data  to be searched, and or seized.

We will create a branch within the Justice Department with a specific purpose of investigating and prosecuting police involved homicides.

We will hold police accountable, criminally, in cases of malfeasance.
 

We will increase the minimum threshold for civil asset forfeiture.

We must create an electricity based society with a combination of Nuclear Power, renewables, and combustion fuel in appropriate circumstances.

We believe it is of the utmost importance, that this transition to sustainable energy generation must be done in a manner that does not bring about extreme economic downturn.

We believe growing trees and the creation of wood is the best method to sequester carbon from the atmosphere.

We will promote forest management and cyclical harvesting to take as much carbon from the air as possible while building powerful lumber reserves.

We will stop federal enforcement of cannabis prohibition and allow states to legalize as they choose.

We will divert all the funding allocated to fighting cannabis towards enforcement against fentanyl, the most deadly drug in the world.

We disavow racism as a rationale in any policy making or judgment of character.
 

We acknowledge racial issues of the past and present while forging a path forward as one indivisible nation.
 

We shall declare Election Day a national holiday.
 

We will create Federal Voter IDs which are available to all citizens free of charge.

We will provide funding to any state that wishes to create a Voter ID backed vote by mail system. 

We will pass legislation so that the four day workweek (32 hours) becomes the standard for full time employment.

We will pass legislation tying minimum wage to inflation.

W will tax capital gains of over $300,00 annually as regular income

We will ban taking loans against financial securities for personal spending purposes to avoid paying income taxes.

We will create Progressive tax brackets for corporations to incentivize small business.
 

We will create an anti-monopoly strike team to dismantle companies who unfairly dominate their industries.

We will ban corporations from making unlimited donations to political action committees.
 

We will create comprehensive training and safety programs with accessibility for all.

We will legally require background checks on private purchases.

We will make the federal background check system open to all.

We seek to encourage legal immigration to the United States.

We will promote strong borders and collaborate with our allies to keep them strong.
